When did the DPVA hire Ed Wood to direct its commercials?

It’s supposed to be terrifying. But “The Munsters” was far scarier. Or maybe it’s supposed to be campy, like “Bride of Frankenstein.” If only. Instead, it’s more like “Plan 9 from Outer Space.” But I doubt even Ed Wood would put his name to this. Take a look…if you dare:

Considering that he’s enjoying a roughly 70 percent approval rating, I have a hard time believing that most Virginians are scared of Gov. McDonnell–or his agenda.
That proves that the DPVA is out of money.
And ideas.
