Ward Armstrong channels Capt. Queeg
By Norman Leahy | Wednesday, October 19th, 2011 | Politics, Southside, VirginiaIn response to the pasting PolitiFact gave him over his ads on Appalachian Power’s profits, Roanoke’s WSLS interviewed the gentleman from Henry and asked whether he’d amend or retract his offending television ad. Ward’s answer? No way. And it’s all a conspiracy!
Regrettably, the shot where Ward declares that, using geometric logic, he can prove a duplicate key had been used to pilfer strawberries from the icebox was cut…out of pity.
