All animals are equal but some animals are more equal then others.
I really have no idea of what to make of the “occupiers”. So will just observe for the next 4 months, might be snowing by then. This could turn out to be a good or bad thing. Lots and I mean lots of discussions on this. I grew up with anti-war protests (Vietnam) myself.
I did like the song, but always liked Dylan anyway.
I love Animal Farm quotes. Just who are the pigs?
Actually, that makes me think I should come up with a reading list for my children so that they can understand better where all this may lead.
JZ,
The pigs are the non-existent leaders of the OWS movement. They are hiding in plain sight right now, but will emerge once they believe the protests have gained sufficient momentum and when they feel the need to focus the anger better. That is when they will try to move into the farmer’s house.
I wonder what Lowell over at Blue Virginia thinks about this latest video from GoRemy.
He has previously posted other videos of his, with glowing praise and the underlying hint that he and Remy are pals.
This one, of course, does not fit into Lowell’s world view. I wonder if he will continue to ignore it.
