By Norman Leahy | Saturday, October 8th, 2011 | Podcasts, Policy, Politics, Southwest Virginia, VirginiaOn this podcast edition of “The Score” radio show…
Scott Lee talks with Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli about the report from the EPA’s inspector general which found the Agency didn’t follow its own rules when deciding that carbon dioxide derived from the burning of fossil fuels posed a threat to human health. This report has given Cuccinelli added ammunition for his lawsuit against the EPA over the endangerment finding.
Scott also talks with Adam Light, the GOP Senate nominee in the 38th district about his campaign to unseat incumbent Democrat Phil Puckett. You will recall that Puckett has recently decided that he no longer supports President Obama’s re-election effort. Scott and Adam discuss Puckett’s road to Damascus moment, the future of coal industry, the proper role of government and a lot more.
