Governor awards technology award winners; BD snubbed again
By | Tuesday, September 27th, 2011 | Policy

So, apparently VITA hasn’t been down long enough to keep the linked state and local web sites from doing some good for the Virginia taxpayer.

Governor Bob McDonnell announced today the best public web sites in the commonwealth. Unfortunately, there is no category for best political web site, but we’re not too concerned here at Bearing Drift – we’ll let the free market take care of that.

I’m gonna guess that Brian Kirwin knocked BD out of the finals. Brian, that beard and haircut reminds me of a stereotypical Hollywood character actor who teaches Marxist-Leninist political philosophy at Left Coast University.

Will try to remember to enter BD in Annual Weblog Awards. Must enter first part of 01/2012.
