I think technically the sign overrules the paint. A rule for everything…
Too many donuts will do that to you.
Actually, the signage and painting need to be congruent. As such, both are probably unenforceable.
Learned that on the RAC Transportation Committee, having to deal with the Atlantic Avenue dedicated bus lanes.
I’m thinking you could get away with parking in the police only space …but only if you were handicapped.
