Shad Planking Open Thread
By JR Hoeft | Wednesday, April 20th, 2011 | PoliticsBy far, the best image I have received yet on today’s Shad Planking:

Bolling for Governor - 2013. The two-time Lieutenant Governor finally has the Lieutenant crossed off on his campaign t-shirts.
If you’ve had chance to go to the event in Wakefield, what have you seen, heard, eaten?

I said it yesterday and I’ll say it again… Lt. Gov. Bolling’s t-shirts were, by far, one of the cheesiest things I have seen in politics to date.
Looks like Allen is borrowing Ken’s lapel sticker design.
I really like the Bolling shirt!
Willie –
Its the same sticker Allen used in 2006.
No offense to the Lt. Governor, but Republicans need to get away from this illogical idea that we get behind whoever is next in line. How about we get behind the person that inspires people? The candidate that motivates the grassroots? Someone you want to spend your Saturdays knocking on doors for? Bolling doesn’t inspire me at all. He shouldn’t run. No one is excited over him, if they even recognize his name. Oh, and I agree the shirts are cheesy.
Bob Dole waiting his turn……..John McCain waiting his turn…..nothing says the “Good ‘ol boy” fix is in for a wallflower waiting to be rolled by an impassioned Democrat like *cough* ……….waiting your turn.
Will the Cuccinelli people ever realize the VA political world does not revolve around Ken? Allen has been using that design for years.
And sure, Bolling may not be the most inspiring person ever, but the “libertarian” candidates don’t exactly inspire all of us either.
I remain a supporter of the lt but the Allen endorsement is nauseating..
