Iaquinto’s gonna need a bigger boat
By | Wednesday, September 15th, 2010 | Politics

Del. Sal Iaquinto’s major annual fundraiser is usually a nod to a blockbuster film (Pirates of the Caribbean, The Godfather). This year is no different.

LAWS!

Chief Brody, Matt Hooper, Quint and a 25-foot Great White Shark? No. Not Jaws. It’s Laws! Just when you thought it was safe to go back to the Capitol.

Held at the shark tank in the Virginia Aquarium, I guess so the lawyers will have friends to talk to.

Thursday September 23 at 6:30 PM. To attend, click here or call 757-430-0102

Now if only I can remember that Quint poem about Mary Lee…

About the author

Brian Kirwin

The right wants to jeer him. The left wants to censor him. Moderates usually want both. Brian Kirwin is a political consultant and public relations strategist in Virginia Beach with a lightning-rod flair. Brian also serves on the VB Arts & Humanities Commission and frequently appears on Hampton Roads theatrical stages, if only to prove that all actors aren’t liberals. Kirwin’s columns stir up debate and hit the political scene with no punches pulled.
