Obama takes 6th recession vacation of the year
By | Friday, August 20th, 2010 | Policy

Eight months into 2010 means six vacations, if you’re Barack Obama.

Obama’s going to splash and play in Martha’s Vinayard for the rest of August while America faces some of the highest unemployment levels since the Great Depression.

Hey, all Americans who voted for Obama for hope and change. Is this what you wanted? A president who averages about a vacation per month?

This guy’s showing up for work about as poorly as he did when he was in the Senate.

Obama’s poll numbers are at Jimmy Carter levels, the only thing he’s defended in recent weeks is a Muslim mosque at the World Trade Center site, Americans think the economy has gotten worse under Obama, unemployment is high and job creation is low – and Obama’s going on his sixth vacation this year?

If he was a rock band, he’d be called Tone Def Leppard.

Be careful, Prez. That wave you think is taking you to shore is about to capsize Congress.

“A prominent Democratic pollster is circulating a survey that shows George W. Bush is 6 points more popular than President Obama in “Frontline” districts — seats held by Democrats that the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee sees as most vulnerable to Republican takeover. That Bush is more popular than Obama in Democratic-held seats is cause for outright fear.”

    Storm clouds on the horizon.

    However so is the following

Does Somali Terror Group Have America In Its Sights?

The Somali-based Muslim extremist group Al Shabab has recruited dozens of Americans from the Midwest, produced the first known American suicide bomber, pledged its allegiance to Usama bin Laden, and last month launched a deadly bombing attack in Uganda — the big question now: Will Al Shabab launch an attack inside the United States?

But at least our “fearless leader” is staying on top of all of this, making sure that Martha’s Vineyard is safe for the rest of August .

President Imam Obama is claiming victory in Iraq and moving the infidel armies out so Muslims can get back to killing each other in the name of Allah.

He has plugged the Gulf oil leak, is making friends with Muslims world-wide by sending radical Muslim emmissaries from our country, is guaranteeing the freedom of Muslims to put mosques where they have killed infidels in New York City, is closing major Military Commands and cancelling infidel weapons programs to “save money”, has directed the NASA administrator to make Muslims feel good about themselves by praising their contributions of ancient and medieval science to our space program, has provided health care for all, is taking over once private companies to make sure they are run right in accordance with Sharia principles, and is taking the economy out of the ditch and running it over the cliff, God Willing.

The President Imam is a busy man and the infidels who are criticizing our Ruler are religious bigots and are not showing tolerance for the sacrifices he is making by taking pilgrimages to remote locations to contemplate the holy Koran and pray for guidance in the next “transformation” he is going to force on our infidel nation, God Willing.

No wonder you don’t use your full name. It is hard to conceive that a rational person would make such a ridiculous assertion. Enjoy your anonymity, you deserve it.

Mike, you just don’t have a clue, do you? A little satire goes a long way with you and your progressive cliques who are in denial about who you voted for. What a shame….

@Tim J please try to be nice to my financial good luck charm Mr Barrett. At least for awhile.

After renting my last rental unit in 2 days, decided that I would try again.

Put my good luck rental sign out in front of a Hampton rental unit. Added a Rigell US Congress bumper sticker to it and took off the phone number. Figured that I would make the sign work for it this time.
Put the sign up Monday and looks like I rented the unit today.

I will talk to the couple on Monday about details. Since I am certain that this couple will vote for Scott Rigell on 11/02/2010, things should work out, God Willing.

Indeed Mr Barrett is correct, this is the summer of economic recovery; at least for supporters of Scott Rigell.

Mike, Seen Olberman lately? Even Kieth O has made it fashionable to take pot shots at The One.

On another topic, Please give my very best regards to Mr. Fine.

CBS NEWS: “By the end of his trip, President Obama will have taken nine vacations and visited Camp David 14 times for a total of 80 vacation days since he took office. But at the same point in his first term, President George W. Bush had taken far more time away – 14 trips to his ranch in Midland, Texas, and 40 to Camp David, totaling 225 days.”

    Facts are stubborn things.

It truly is normally enjoyable to invest some excellent time along with your family. On the other hand, it’ll be even more enjoyable if family trips are planned carefully and organized nicely. Having to organize a family trip is a big responsibility, but thinking about spending a vacation with your family is also a great option to relieve tension.
