Arizona’s Injunction Junction
Clinton appointee US District Judge Susan Bolton issued a temporary injunction stopping five parts of Arizona’s legal attempts to do what the Federal Government won’t do – stop illegal immigration.
According to news sources, those five parts are the following:
1. Requiring police officers to check a person’s immigration status while enforcing other laws.
Bolton says that’s troublesome because “burdens lawfully present aliens because their liberty will be restricted while their status is checked.”
By that logic, handgun waiting periods are unconstitutional because law-abiding handgun buyers will be restricted while their status is checked, right?
Do we think police don’t check for outstanding warrants when they stop someone for speeding?
The judge will cause lots of left-loving restrictions to fall if her logic is the final say.
2. Requiring state officials to check the immigration status of anyone in custody in Arizona before they were released from jail.
This was blocked because the judge felt the Federal Government would never be able to handle the number of status requests. So, basically, Arizona can’t enforce laws because the Federal Government is too inefficient.
3. Making it a state crime for legal immigrants to be without immigration documents.
Here’s the funny thing. It’s already federal law that immigration documents be carried at all times. Feds just don’t enforce it.
So, the judge says its wrong for Arizona to have a law that mirrors federal law, because Arizona might actually enforce it?
4. Banning illegal immigrants from soliciting employment.
See, the Obama administration wants to crack down on businesses that hire illegal immigrants, but they have no problem with illegal immigrants applying for work. Liberals…..if it’s wrong for companies to hire illegals, shouldn’t it be wrong for illegals to apply?
5. Arresting suspected illegal immigrants without a warrant.
This is the famous “racial profiling” fear that prompts 90 year old Jewish grandmothers to be searched in airports while not offending Khalid sheikh Mohammed in line ahead of her.
Want to really read something funny? The judge had no problem with the part of the law allowing Arizona residents to sue any state office or agency for failing to fully enforce immigration laws.
What a hoot! One the one hand, the judge says Arizona can’t enforce federal immigration laws. Then she gives every Arizona resident the right to sue Arizona for following her ruling.
I can’t wait to read Scalia’s opinion on this one. Hopefully, it will be for the majority.

And this is all about votes. Since “illegals” don’t have to carry identification, then anyone will be able to register and vote in Arizona. Good for Democrats, good for Obama, bad for Conservatives, bad precedent for “states rights” as defined in the Constitution. Another successful execution of the strategy “Divide et impera”.

This month of July 2010, our U.S. Federal courts have found the so called State of Arizona hate filled legislation namely “House Bill 2013” and “SB1070” Un-constitution (So much for the intellect of Jan Brewer, “Did you read the bills you signed?”). But we all know that they will go crying to the Supreme Court of the United States, please, please, please go. We will fight you in Arizona, any other state, and yes in Washington DC. We will not tire, we will not be silent and we will persevere, I promise you.
In my opinion the Republican Party has been taken over the most extreme of clans; the Baggers, Birthers and Blowhards (people who love to push their beliefs and hate on others while trying to take away the rights of those they just hate) and that’s who they need to extract from their party if they real want to win in November. Good Luck, because as they said in WACO, “We Ain’t Coming Out”.
It’s all about politics: Jan Brewer you were never elected to be Governor, but you have no problem trying to get elected on the back of undocumented workers, you loser (sure you may win but the long-term effects to your so called State is just beginning). Here is a partial list of your hate filled legislation;
1. S.B. 1070,
2. House Bill 2013
3. No permit conceal weapons law,
4. The famous Birthers law,
5. Banning Ethnic studies law,
6. Could she be behind the Mural in Prescott, Arizona, ordered to be whiten,
7. On deck to pass, no citizenship to babies born to undocumented workers,
8. If she can read she should look up Arizona’s House Bill 2779 from two years ago (which was un-constitution and failed when legally challenged),
9. The boycotted Martin Luther King Day, what idiots don’t want another holiday? Yes, you guessed it Arizona.
Well Arizona, you can keep boycotting new holidays, passing hate filled legislation and the rest of our country will continue to challenge you in court of law and Boycott your so-called state.
Lets face it, no one can real believe anything that comes out of Brewer’s mouth, in an interview, this year, in an attempt to gain sympathy, she first said her father had died in Germany fighting the Nazi in World War II (which ended 1945) but of course we find out the truth that father was never in Germany and died in California in 1955. But we are suppose to believe everything else she says, right!

I thought Republicans were about taking responsibility, come on it is time to be a man and take responsibility of what your party did to our nation through back door deals and alright theft. They only protect corporate interest (foreign or domestic) and the few rich. Are you surprised that “Fake News” majority interest is Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal who has publicly acknowledged that he has forced Fox News to edit its coverage he disliked, conservative activists have attacked the business partnership as “really dangerous for America.” So when our Supreme Court allowed any corporation (foreign or domestic) to influence elections through unlimited funding well there you have it, Republicans win, our country will lose.
I know the proponents of this law say that the majority approves of this law, but the majority is not always right. Would women or non-whites have the vote if we listen to the majority of the day, would the non-whites have equal rights (and equal access to churches, housing, restaurants, hotels, retail stores, schools, colleges and yes water fountains) if we listen to the majority of the day? We all know the answer, a resounding, NO! You were all wrong then and you are wrong now!
We are a country that is ruled by the Constitution with our Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence, not by the majority of the day. When you do not know the principles in these documents, and pass laws that do not meet the prescribe standards therein lays the problem in losing when you are challenged in court.
I must say victory is sweet but I promise you I will see you the Supreme Court of the United States to end this matter.

The government should be free to do what it thinks is right without worrying about public opinion or what the Constitution says is right. Nancy Pelosi laughs when someone brings up the Constitution and Democrats say it’s a racist document anyway. When you do not know the principles in these documents, and pass laws that do not meet the prescribe(d) standards such as Obamacare therein lays the problem in losing when you are challenged in court. So Democrats say “we better stuff the courts with people like Kagan who will say the government is always right as long as we Democrats are running it.”
