General, thanks for your service, for campaigning so hard and for pressing Scott to become a better candidate.

Ben, your wonderful American story is so inspirational. You have a future in politics.

It would be a good idea if the top 3 candidates got together for a press conference with Scott to show a unified GOP marching together towards victory in November.

Kelley I respect people that stand up for what they believe in.If Hurt hadn’t caved in to the Democrats we wouldn’t be talking about this.This is more than just about Hurt. Volunteers are tired of working and voting for RINO’s.Kelley this is the reason we now have a Tea party people are sick of the establishment picking the candidate for them.

then Will, all of those McP supporters who won’t support the winner of this primary (if its Robert Hurt) will aid & abet the re-election of Perriello.

take down their names. Perriello will want them to work the polls for him in November. and these people can have their picture taken with Perriello & Pelosi.

there is no excuse for this attitude. I don’t love all these candidates, but I will work for any of them over Perriello.

Kelley if Hurt wins the primary Perriello will defeat him in November Virgil Goode only lost by 727 this is a fact I know is hard for you to see.For Hurt to win he would have to bring everyone together this won’t happen.We had a meeting this weekend (McPadden supporters)and they were split in half between the ones that would vote for Hurt in the general election.These are all hard workers that will either sit at home or support a 3rd party candidate.Everyone did say they would support any of the other candidates except Hurt.

har! my only thought since November ’08 has been on how to beat Perriello.

and if we all work to elect the winner of tomorrow’s primary, then we can beat him.

Dennis, look here, I’ve said before on several blogs: I will work for our nominee no matter who he/she is. Perriello is anti-American (cap ‘n trade) & anti-capitalism (Obamacare, Stimulus).

Jim McKelvey has the correct stance on social issues like Feda Morton and Ron Ferrin do – but neither Ferrin nor Feda can pull this off and beat Robert Hurt

And when it come to beating Tom Perriello – we will need all hands on deck, TEA Party included, to beat Tom Perriello, only Jim McKelvey can bring the TEA Party to the polls on Nov. 2.

I am convinced that a vote for anyone other than Jim McKelvey is a vote for Robert Hurt.

1. McPadden
2. Boyd
3. Hurt
4. Verga
5. Ferrin
6. McKelvey
7. Morton

My Prediction:

1. Hurt: 30%
2. McPadden: 24%
3. Boyd: 20%
4. McKelvey: 16%
5. Ferrin: 5%
6. Morton: 3%
7. Verga: 2%

I think a McPadden upset is possible, depending on how well he got his message out.

If McPadden wins I will be an enthusiastic and eager supporter.
If Boyd wins I will be a lukewarm supporter.
If Hurt wins, I won’t be happy about it, but I will still vote for him.
If any of the remaining four win, I will probably stay home, since they don’t have the slightest chance of beating TP.

Perriello isn’t any worse than Hurt.Hurt just hasn’t held a office where he could spend as fast as Perriello has but Kelley if you have your way im sure it won’t be long before he is well on his way.Kelley wants to elect the only candidate in the race that can’t beat Perriello.I hear that two of the candidates have made a deal with Clark to give him 100k and alot of support if Hurt wins.Bill Stanley Tucker dropped this bs in your lap but if Hurt wins you are going to lose alot of unit members they will be behind Clark.

Dennis: we ended up with a 2,700 bill because the Democrats were trying to lie, cheat & steal about Obamacare. They didn’t want the public to figure it out. It was Eric Cantor (yeah, I know, he’s establishment so yall hate him too) who brought the whole bill into Obama’s for-show negotiation session to point out to the country what the Dems were doing.

The Dems voted for it anyway. Perriello voted for it anyway.

Perriello is the bad guy. don’t lose sight of that.

Oh i will decide on June 9th who i will vote for in the general election.I could support most any of them but im not sure if i wouldn’t just stay home if Hurt wins the primary.Congress has enough lawyers now thats how we end up with 2700 page bills when 200 pages could cover most any bill.

We can discuss the gubernatorial race after tuesday, but my point was that more lawyers gravitate towards politics than any other defined profession.

rumor: McKelvey mailed flyers to Virginia Beach. anyone else hear that? i’ve emailed a few people down there to see if they got one.
