Cantor privileged resolution on ‘Slaughter’ tabled by Hoyer, Democrats
By | Thursday, March 18th, 2010 | Policy

From Republican Whip Eric Cantor’s office:

Moments ago, Republican Whip Eric Cantor offered a privileged resolution on the floor of the House denouncing the Democrat Leadership’s deceptive use of the “Slaughter Solution.” Leader Hoyer moved to table the resolution.

Final Vote on Tabling the Resolution: 232-181
R: 0 – 171
D: 232 – 10

In other words, ten Democrats just joined the entire Republican Conference to denounce Speaker Pelosi, Leader Hoyer, Whip Clyburn, Chairman Larson, and Chairman Van Hollen.
