Bearing Drift to moderate two Second District Forums; hosting one
By JR Hoeft | Thursday, February 18th, 2010 | PoliticsBearing Drift is pleased to announce that it will be moderating and hosting, in conjunction with the Old Dominion University College Republicans and the Norfolk/Portsmouth Young Republicans, a debate between 2nd District Candidates for the Republican Nomination on the campus of ODU at 7PM, April 15. Detailed location to follow.
The debate will be streamed over U-Stream and questions are encouraged to be submitted over the online chat feature on UStream. More details will follow. Questions will also be taken from the live audience.
Additionally, I have been asked to moderate a forum on Monday night, sponsored by the Princess Anne Republican Women’s Club at the Republican Party of Virginia Beach headquarters. This forum will also be streamed live as well, but only questions from the club membership will be asked. I presume the event though is also open to the public.
Check back to Bearing Drift on Monday around 6:30 PM to catch the debate.
