Is it constitutional to tar and feather a member of the Senate, especially Harry Reid?
Wait; The constitution, I doubt he has ever read it! So let me rephase my question:Is it constitutional to tar and feather a member of the Senate, especially Harry Reid, if he/she has never read it or ever given it any consideration?

As I recall from Constitutional Law class, one Congress cannot bind the actions of future congresses. This clause is blatantly unconstitutional.

Here's a good post about it citing a law review article.
