Mathieson for Congress?
By Brian Kirwin | Saturday, November 14th, 2009 | PoliticsThat was the organization name given to the City of Virginia Beach in a Freedom of Information Act request this week, according to multiple trusted sources.
That begs the question. Either the FOIA request was supposed to be for Mathieson for Delegate and someone spelled Delegate “C-o-n-g-r-e-s-s” by mistake, or Glenn Nye has a primary in his future.

I’m 99% sure you can FOIA another FOIA request. I couldn’t find a direct exception in the code, but I’m going to call the hotline tomorrow and find out. It would be interesting to see what he would ask for.
Nye would face a primary in any party he belongs to. The only thing in the middle of the road is a yellow line and dead armadillos. He’s the dead armadillo and he’s yellow too for not fighting hard to repeal DADT, which he strongly believes should be repealed.
[...] No doubt the 2009 election was difficult for Democrats, but I don’t think it spells doom for the party, local, commonwealth wide, and nationally. 2010 brings the reelection campaign of Congressman Glenn Nye, and Republicans are lining up for the chance to take him on.
