This is the best description of the Democrats’ latest health care ploy – the infamous “opt out” provision of the national ruin health care plan.

Until you can opt out of paying taxes (like Charlie Rangel) , you can’t truly opt out. Obama told us when he started, he needed to grab a mop. He didn’t tell us taxpayers were the ones being put through the wringer.
