Did money influence Dems on Hamilton?

VA Right posts that money associated with Del. Phil Hamilton’s opponent flowed to the coffers of the three Democratic statewide candidates to the tune of $122,000, which begs the question: pay-for-play?

    Is it not the “perception of impropriety” that was the political cry of the Democrats for Hamilton to resign?

    This sure cries quid pro quo from dem to dem.
