Go To Jail, Collect $250

gotojailJust ask the roughly 3,900 inmates who received a grand total of $975,000 of stimulus money from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) bill signed in February. Of the 3,900 prisoners, 2,200 of them are actually eligible for the money and the Social Security Administration is going to do nothing about it. The remaining 1,700 inmates must return the money back or go to jail?
