After all, both McDonnell and Wagner have roots in the area. Hampton Roads residency helped McDonnell, but didn't help Wagner enough. 47-29 for McDonnell with 85% solidly committed 39-35 for Bolling with 26% (the highest amount in the LG race) remaining undecided Another interesting result from the poll is how Hampton Roads residency played out. After all, both McDonnell and Wagner have roots in the area.
