McDonnell visits MeadWestvaco

Republican candidate for governor, Bob McDonnell, recently visited the Covington MeadWestvaco facility, which faces closure under the Waxman-Markey National Energy Tax (Cap-and-Trade). McDonnell has unequivocally stated he is against the bill.
