		<description>This is what happens when the nation ignores that entangling alliances thingy. The billions of dollars are our part of an international agreement. What&#039;s that? Congress didn&#039;t agree? The People didn&#039;t agree? Who cares! We as a nation signed on to all the enabling treaties and agreements giving the Executive the right to negotiate with other nations leaders for things like money. So all this garbage you are hearing from the politicians is BS. If the cash doesn&#039;t get approved through the defense bill, it will be put in others a little bit at a time until our commitment is fulfilled. It&#039;s not a R vs D deal. It&#039;s US vs THEM.
