		<description>I think that Deeds is not as strong a candidate as he was four years ago.  He has had to tack left in that time and that will make him less appealing to centrists.  Furthermore, he will suffer a &quot;Jerry Kilgore problem&quot; in NOVA where people will see and hear him and think, &quot;This guy&#039;s a hayseed&quot; whereas they&#039;ll see Bob McDonnell and view him as &quot;one of them&quot; having grown up in Fairfax.  Additionally, the business community is now swinging back towards the GOP as they see McDonnell is a mainstream conservative candidate who they can support.</description>
