Virginian-Pilot writes about unemployment again

I was off by a day.
Their latest journalistic cut-and-paste should’ve been headlined “Arsonist Complains About Fire.”
“The complexity of the issue and the partisan tenor of the debate have generated mountains of misinformation and a cascade of confusion. Some unemployed men and women already receiving aid incorrectly fear they will lose their benefits.”
Bah! The Virginian-Pilot has repeatedly mixed benefits for part-time workers, which is mostly what is at issue, and all unemployed full-time workers, who have virtually nothing to do with the $125 million. Now the Pilot blames their readers for confusing the two?
In other news, an arsonist was heard saying “gee, it’s a shame about those flames.”
Hint to Pilot: You can avoid editorials complaining that people are confused about an issue if you stop confusing them.
Today’s editorial finally prints (buried, but you get what you can get)
“A larger number of part-time workers would become eligible for benefits.”
Now was that so hard?
