Remember a few weeks back when the Thomas Jefferson Institute, an independent public policy think-tank, released their findings on offshore drilling and the outer continental shelf?

Recently, Jane Van Ryan of Energy Tomorrow sat down with David Schnare of TJI to talk about TJI’s findings and recommendations.
