House GOP to investigate Pelosi?
By | Thursday, May 21st, 2009 | Policy

Glenn Thrush of Politico is reporting that the House GOP intends to issue a “bipartisan” resolution that calls for investigating Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s charges that the CIA lied to her.

“Speaker Pelosi has made serious allegations, and must present any evidence that substantiates her charges that the men and women of the intelligence community who are defending this country everyday lied to her. There are considerable questions that remain unanswered, and the American people deserve to judge what evidence and facts the Speaker is basing her allegations on to ensure that the next step taken is the right one,” said Rep. Eric Cantor’s (R-VA07) office.
