Round II: Moran and McAuliffe take the gloves off
By | Thursday, April 30th, 2009 | Politics

In this episode of “Trouble in Paradise”, at last evening’s debate amongst those seeking a second place finish in this year’s General Election for governor, Brian Moran questions Terry McAuliffe’s propensity to go after other Democrats, which, I guess, is akin to challenging his manhood. To which McAuliffe challenges Moran to not read off his notes.

Again, Creigh Deeds takes a step back.

Damn…this is great theater.

In case you missed it, don’t forget about Round I in Danville.

I was there and it was great. Creigh’s great service was keeping Brian and Terry apart.

All three clearly stated clean coal technology does not exist. Terry stated he did not want another coal-fired plant built. Terry was over top in some of his statements, drawing laughs from many in the audience.

    It was Brian’s night.

Creigh Deeds was the only adult there. I appreciated that he let the children squabble and then stepped forward to explain why he was best able to win and could actually pull in votes that the two far lefty’s wouldn’t have a prayer at getting.
