Jeff Frederick’s Amended Case For Chairman
By | Wednesday, April 1st, 2009 | Politics

Yesterday questions emerged about whether or not GXS’s in-kind contribution to RPV violated FEC rules.  But a review of FEC filings shows no record for RPV receiving the in-kind contribution on their federal account in either their original or amended filing.

Initially RPV failed to claim any in-kind filing in their state report covering 7/1-9/30/2008.  In an amended filing RPV claimed an in-kind contribution of $17,717 from GXS Strategies, Inc.

After Jeff Frederick Needed To Justify His Chairmanship

In an email from David Poole of VPAP he informs us that “the RPV file indicates it was created on 3/13/2009″.  A full NINE DAYS after the SCC delivered it’s letter of intent to Jeff Frederick but just before he replied to the charges and cited the in-kind contribution that did not exist until his job was on the line.

So what exactly was this “in-kind contribution”? I’d love to see what he thinks was worth $17k to RPV.

Its the web work for processing the online donations and pocketing the money. He was trying to cover his tracks. However that site took federal donations. So it cannot be charged to the state account therefore its a Fec violation on Jeff as chairman, RPV, and Jeff’s company GSX strategies.Again folks its never the lie its the coverup!

JF has difficulty with filing accurate reports. Notice the Delegate filing article today which he blames on a “staff member who no longer works” for him. Humm I wonder if he is going try to throw RPV staffers under the bus? It’s getting interesting.

Someone tell JFred this is no April Fool’s joke!

Go look at Jfred’s own races. All of the time he shows these in kinds from himself to himself. It’s to fool people into thinking he has raised a lot of money that he hasn’t. It’s a big joke, just like he is. I guess if of us who are grassroots workers gave the campaigns bills for our time as in kind donations, we could be just like Jfred. But who wants to be like him ?

He just is a real embarrasment.
