LaCivita joins the Cuccinelli campaign
By | Tuesday, March 3rd, 2009 | Politics

Many of you know Chris LaCivita as one of the brightest and most tenacious campaigners that the GOP has. He has served on the staff of the Republican Party of Virginia, was a key player in Swift Boat Veterans for Truth, a field general for George Allen, and, now, he has surfaced with the Cuccinelli campaign.

I’m not sure in what capacity LaCivita is serving, but on a Cuccinelli release today claiming the senator’s victory at the Republican National Lawyers Association Virginia AG Debate, it says that LaCivita is the POC.

LaCivita is an extremely talented and tough fighter who has but one goal: win. By hiring him, the Cuccinelli campaign clearly means business, and is in this for the long haul to the General Election.

LaCivita was hired before the Advance in December. He’s serving as the General Consultant.

Cool. Thanks for the info, Aaron.

I think the big takeaway here is that regardless of when he was hired, LaCivita’s presence on that staff shows the seriousness of the Cuccinelli campaign.
