    It needs to be said — God Bless Lionel Spruill.

    I know that picture that Del. Spruill is talking about (at 2:18) — there were nine Republicans, all black, and it (at least it was) is in the lobby at RPV. The next year, they were sadly wiped out by the Jim Crow Democrats.

    If anyone questions whether Spruill was making a valid point, just rewind to min 1:25 and watch Democrat Minority Leader Ward Armstrong flail his hands and grimace in disgust… that’s sickening.
