Yeah, how about you report real news? Everything on here is BS and meaningless. Why not report about how our financial system and country as a whole has been taken over by a cabal of international bankers. Anyone who calls me crazy obviously has not paid attention to who started this crisis and pushed the TARP bill through.
How about the fact that I give you a forum? I could take that away.
J,R,
If you did that you would only be added to the lists of those involved in the conspiracy. Grin.
Don’t you just love how someone who thinks “everything on here is BS and meaningless” continues to come back day after day?
Same reason I watch the news, you learn a lot by listening to the lies people tell. Kinda like Watson ruling out all the wrong answers for Holmes. You guys let people know whats going on in the world of corrupt politics, but you never post anything meaninful on policy, except Amit. How about some stories from scholarly sources or from people who arent going to be politicaly correct. How about some stories about how 35% of 8th and 12th graders read and do math at their grade level. How about stories about how the VB City Council issues debt with no voter input, how about stories that piss off the people holding elected office. You guys should be muckraking, not pushing someone elses agenda. I want stories that embarrass politicians, I want stories that lead to threats from the people who they are about. I want stories that are researched and sourced. I want stories that teach me something, force me to actually think.
How about a story on how Barry Knights first House Bill is giving 7 acres of land from a wildlife management area to a private real estate company?
HB1901 – Property conveyance. Authorizes the Board of Game and Inland Fisheries to convey approximately seven acres within the Cavalier Wildlife Management Area to Beaverdam Properties.
Max,
If you want to spin conspiracy theories, start your own blog. (There’s freeware out there to do it with.) You probably can get Reid Greenmun to join you.
Maybe Max has a point. I mean, it’s so fun seeing him embarrass himself, maybe it would be fun embarrassing other people.
VB City Council doesn’t issue debt without voter input, Max. I’d love to hear you with your Plan 9 from Outer Space intellect try and prove what you say is true.
Wow! Didn’t know that, Brian. Really? VB can’t issue any debt w/o voter input? I remember in Loudoun, voters defeat a referendum to build a new County government complex. But the BOS eventually found a way around that which did involve going into debt and got their new, desperately needed building built. What happens, for instance, if VB needed a new jail?
Eileen, that’s not what I wrote. (sigh) Liberals.
Max said “the VB City Council issues debt with no voter input” and I challenged Max to prove his statement.
New day dawning! Brian Kirwin with some patience to further explain his comment to me. Will wonders never cease?!?
eileen,
Max Shapiro is in favor of nearly every conspiracy theory out there.
I am not saying we should not listen to conspiracy theorists. We should keep an open mind because some of them might be true. However when you advocate for EVERY conspiracy theory, even the discredited ones, you lose your creditability. I think Max has reached that point.
In regard to Max Shapiro’s response on the 25th more or less complaining about the lack of real substance in Bearing Drift blogs I suggest he read your post of my article “Another Constitutional Convention”. Harry Morris.
