3 GOP members vying for Moran’s empty seat

There will be a special canvass from 6-9PM this Tuesday, Dec 16 at William Ramsey Recreation Center, 5650 Sanger Ave. More details at: http://www.alexgop.org/campaign/canvass_hd46.php
The special election will be held on Jan 13, 2009. Expect a story in tomorrow’s Washington Post about the race.

Phil Cefaratti:
Personal Background
As a sixth generation Washingtonian and attended St. Anselm’s Abbey School where he appeared on It’s Academic in 1982!
BA from The Catholic University of America.
MBA from Georgetown University.

Former USN Lieutenant Commander who served and deployed onboard the USS Austin (LPD-4) during Desert Storm.

just so you know – Google ads is serving up banners for Jody Wagner’s L:t. Governor campaign on your blog. Generally, they have a policy where yuo can specify what kinds of ads are not acceptable, so you might want to look into this. She’s putting a LOT of money into online advertising early in the campaign to build name ID and thsi could cause confusion among GOP / Conservative voters who aren’t activist enough to figure out that she’s a D.
