You are saying as follows:

#1. Your 12 year old daughters are harlots, and are therefore having sex and getting cervical cancer, and you as parents are too stupid to know what they are doing, so government has to raise your kids.
Oh yeah, and it needs to be mandatory.

#2. You have no problem with taxation without representation, and yes Bill DID support it, and does to this day !!

#3. You condone the murder of innocent children whose only sin is that their dad couldn’t keep his zipper up.
38,000 of Barr money is worth having blood on your hands.

If that is your desired legacy fine.
You cannot argue with fact; If you don’t like it you either to keep quiet or make yourself a willing liar.

All I need to know about Muldoon is the loser crowd he has surronded himself with. Steve Waters is one of the most dishonest people I have ever met. If Muldoon can’t do any better than that it shows a considerable lack of good judgement. I am supporting Bill Bolling because he has always shown himself to be a good conservative. The Muldoon crowd has no lock on conservative support. They are the face of conservatives that give us a bad name.

Virtually all the R leadership other than Marshall jumped on the 3202 bandwagon with varying degrees of outward enthusiasm. Bolling was no exception. They were scared to death of voter wrath over inaction on transportation issues. If that’s Muldoon’s point, it’s accurate enough, but not enough to sustain a campaign against entrenched Rs in the succession conga line.

I agree Phantom08. Bill Bolling has proven himself as someone who will fight for conservative values. Not just another “conservative when it is convenient” politician.

I also believe the Right Wing Liberal made a great point in asking why attack Bolling for something McDonnell did? It is completely ridiculous.

So now people are blaming Bill because the republicans lost in the 08 elections. Get real. Hie is only one man. I am totally committed to McDonnell / Bolling and hopefully Brownlee team for 09. Actually this will only be the 2nd time that i can remember that I have supported a complete ticket. I did the same in 05 with Kilgore, Bolling and McDonnell. We need to be united now. We don’t need to be at odds like the Democrats with 3 people running for Governor right now. We need to unite behind the particial ticket we have.

I cannot believe that serious Republicans picked Bill Bolling as someone to replace in 2009. I refuse to believe that people that I’ve known to be good friends would think that Bill Bolling is anything less than a committed, genuine conservative. Look at his record. He is as close to a Virginia Ronald Reagan as anyone in our party. This whole thing–Muldoon, Steve Waters, Mark Tate, and the whole lot of them–is a huge joke. Only reasonable explanation.

With all due respect, Steve, this would make a lot more sense if you went after Bob McDonnell, who refused to rule out tax increases during the special session.

Bolling did rule out tax hikes during the special session – he was the only statewide elected official to do so. To go after him and give McDonnell a free pass is a colossal blunder.

Great points 12:21. In the end, this is probably the Marshall supporters revenge for Bolling supporting Gilmore. At the same time they conveniently forget Cuccinelli’s voting record.

Bill Bolling is no less conservative than Cuccinelli but Cuccinelli’s supporters want to throw Bolling under the bus? Can you say revenge factor? This is about a political grudge match from Marshall’s former supporters and nothing else.

I think that Bill Bolling has provided some good leadership in his post.

I also think however that some of the reasons given for why we shouldn’t vote for Muldoon are ridiculous.I have seen several comments saying that Muldoon is unelectable because he is from a rural area of the state. Holding candidates to that standard could see us losing out on real political talent in the future. I like Bill Bolling, however I will also give Muldoon a listen.
