Video killed the radio star

not to be alarming but do I hear sirens in the background around the 1:05 mark?
Good ears. I hadn’t noticed before, but on close examination I hear sirens from about 0:30 – 1:15. I’m guessing this was filmed at his Chicago transition office and not in a professional studio.
