Is Obama angry and tired?
Ok…we’re on earmarks now. I think we have to move on in this discussion. But McCain is making some great points on the whole spending and tax issue.
“There was a bill that was literally festooned with Christmas Ornaments” – McCain (referring to earmarks) “I voted against it, Obama voted for it.”
– Line of the debate thus far.
Here we go again, “Cut Spending”.
What politician has ever cut spending once elected?
Although I do agree about fixed contracts on DoD projects.
Got to love Jim Lear, he called them both on really answering what would they’re priorities be as Pres.
Nuclear power is stupid. Every nuclear plant has been heavlly financed by the gov for generations.
Not one nuclear plant built in this country was built on time or on budget.
I know those darn Nuclear power plants with their clean energy and lack of dependace of oil from overseas… Darn those plants
Hey I wouldn’t nuclear power if they payed for themselves. But they don’t.
WE, the American tax payers, agument their budgets every year and have for decades.
Here’s an idea… pass a couple building regulations requiring the incorporation of hybred energy technology into new construction.
Start with residential homes over 5000sf and large commercial buildings.
That would kick start a huge new industry HERE in the United States.
I don’t understand why people who profess to being opposed to government hand outs always turns a blind eye when it comes to bailing out large corporations, like the auto industry.
Why is it Ford gets billions of our tax dollars from the Gov because of their own incompetence, like they did several years ago, and then outsourced thousands of jobs overseas and still posts majors losses, while Toyota is making record profits and creating jobs in America.
Ever notice that Obama has OJ Simpson eyes?
So where’s the AAR?
