Obama has built a substantial grassroots organization here and spent a relatively considerable amount of time campaigning in the Commonwealth. After securing the Democratic nomination in early June, Obama held his first two rallies in Virginia; he spent two days here just before the Democratic convention in late August, in economically-struggling South Side and outside Richmond; and on Tuesday and Wednesday, Obama held events in the southwestern corner of the state and in Norfolk.

Still, I think it’s a bit high. Rasmussen may have his partisan calibrator too Dem heavy for VA.
