The Democrats in the Virginia legislature are probably the only people dumb enough to follow Gov. Timmay! Kaine's example in supporting a run for public office by the personification of the governor's incompetent budgeting. (although calling what Tim Kaine and Jody Wagner do 'budgeting' is a disservice to the word). The momentum just keeps on building for LG Bolling. This should surprise no one.
