What state is Tim Kaine governor of? Has he been out of here so much he doesn’t even know where Virginia is?

Here’s Tim Kaine on Fox News explaining to everyone that Delaware and Virginia border each other!

    It really isn’t Gov. Kaine’s fault… you see, he is one the US Americans that Miss Teen South Carolina talked about, who doesn’t have a map. Maybe we should start mailing Gov. Kaine’s office maps of Virginia so he can get to know the boundries of the state that elected him Governor.
