Obama snubs Wes Clark

The Huffington Post reports that the Obama campaign told Wes Clark not to bother showing up at the Democratic National Convention.
General Wesley Clark is not attending the Democratic National Convention. I was told by General Clark’s personal office in Little Rock that he would not be attending.
Clark was informed by Barack Obama’s people that there was no reason to come.
This is on the heels of Obama’s people giving a swift boot to war hero Sen. Max Cleland from an Obama fundraiser last month.
Obama’s creating a pattern of anti-military decisions - odd for someone asking to be Commander in Chief.

It could be nothing, or it could have been a decision based on Clark’s comments pertaining the the value of McCain’s experience as a POW when weighing his experience as a military leader.
It sucks sometimes when you stick your head out to say something that so many people are thinking but not politically expedient.
For once I agree with Obama on something.
Yeah, I am sure it had to do with Clark’s assinine statements about McCain being shot down
HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA
Apparently getting shot down in a fighter jet because your country asked you to serve is considered more experience than “community service”
Kicking Wes (Only 4 star to be fired) Clark to the curb is about the only thing I like about 0bama. Clark is an idiot.
I have to agree with Obama and the above posters. Stiff arming Wes Clark was a good move.
The less I have to see Clark on TV the better.
