Why Drill When The Future Money Is In Air And Water?
By | Monday, August 11th, 2008 | Policy

The #dontgo movement that’s been following the “guerilla congress” has made an interesting find concerning Nancy Pelosi and perhaps a motivation for her “drill nothing” leadership:

Nancy Pelosi says that she is trying to save the planet and prevent global warming, but the reality is that, according to disclosure statements, in May 2007 she invested in T. Boone Picken’s clean energy fuels corp., CLNE, which is the sole sponsor of a proposal in California to funnel $5 billion in state funds and $5 billion in Federal funs to this corporation which will indirectly help them create a giant wind farm in the Texas panhandle.

An overlooked story in November of 2007 shows that the T. Boone Pickens plan involves the private control of water, which Pickens wants to be able to sell to big cities via giant water pipelines which will be built on land seized under immanent domain.

So why would Pelosi hold a vote or even a little debate on energy policy when she needs this proposal to pass in California? Pickins and CLNE need $10 billion of public funding or their stock is just going to keep tumbling.

And this isn’t just about energy policy or “big oil” versus “big wind” (though there is an awful lot of wind there). We are talking about the privatization of water supplies and seizure of private land through governmental means, piggy backed on an energy platform that is so economically unfeasible it needs everyone else to pay for it.

Is this the Democratic energy plan for America?

UPDATE: Pelosi may have gotten her shares of CLNE for as little as $3.86 per share in a pre-release offering.

Let’s face it, Nancy is a crook, she’s only interested is saving Nancy, not the planet. Go on, you brain-dead liberals, keep putting her on office, election after election! I wonder just how much she and that crook Pickens are going to rip off the citizens for water? What the hell is next, are they soon going to charge us for the very AIR we breathe? The democratic party has planned for the past 30 years to take over the US government – it will soon be done, especially if the Marxist Obama wins the White House – which he will paint black.
