Bill Day is running for Congress
By | Tuesday, August 5th, 2008 | Politics

Vivian reported yesterday that Bill Day was the THIRD Democratic challenger to be selected in the 1st Congressional District to face the Republican incumbent Rep. Rob Wittman.

BVBL, Riley and DJ wasted little time in providing their assessment of the choice.

Riley writes:

Given how spectacularly he failed in his race against Del. Scott Lingamfelter last year, we’re looking forward to an equally degrading showing from him this year!

And DJ piles-on:

This is the best the Democrats can do? Wittman remains the luckiest Virginia politician alive.

    Glenn Nye? Bill Day?

Are the Democrats truly out of candidates?

  2. Riley August 7, 2008 13:58 pm

It would seem to be the case, Brian.
