Warner is dead wrong on the unemployment benefits for the Southside bill. Why the Republicans bottled it up in the General Assembly is that it would have created an increased level of benefits for residents in one area of the state, while most Virginia residents would have had to make do with a lower level of benefit.

Mark Warner thinks he can justify THAT?!?
