RPV dismisses Noland…DAMN!

I know Chairman Frederick is entitled to his own team, and I am sure the next CD will be great, but Josh Noland, the most recent CD with RPV, was OUTSTANDING! I am deeply disappointed to see him go.
Josh, good luck. You were a great CD and we wish you well.

Good luck, Josh.
Jeff Frederick is assembling a fresh team of top-performers. I have already noticed a more friendly and helpful atmosphere when I have called the RPVA headquarters on Grace Street in Richmond.
There is an interesting anecdote in a book about the infamous corporate restructuring CEO, “Chainsaw” Al Dunlap. Chainsaw was infamous for cutting out middle management from corporations where he was installed as CEO. He relates a story of a typical company, where he had just arrived and was met by several of the senior staff. All proclaimed that they had, all along, been championing the sort of changes that Dunlap was bringing to the company. When Chainsaw asked to see the internal memos and position papers that proposed these changes, none of the old guard had anything to show. Dunlap noted that he was often greeted at a new company by the same sort; people who would say what they thought the boss wanted to hear, but never really propose any changes or taking any risks.
