Ward-y, Ward-y, Ward-y
By | Wednesday, June 4th, 2008 | Catch-All

My, my, my…what a difference a year makes to House Minority Leader Ward Armstrong (D-Henry).

Armstrong, who last April called HB3202 “the best we could do, given the political parameters.” in the Washington Times, seems to change lanes today in the Washington Post:

“I knew [the package] was bad, but I didn’t know how bad,” House Minority Leader Ward L. Armstrong (D-Henry) said Tuesday after he was informed about the latest problem.”

Funny, given that he, Gov. Kaine, and Del. Moran are all pictured together on Moran’s web site as being “The new leadership team that made the first successful investments in transportation in over 20 years.”

Armstrong just must have been going with the flow last year.

I’ll bet his fingers were crossed behind his back.
