    Note as listening:

Another problem with the cost of the gala and Cheney speaking: it would have worked as a fundraiser if Cheney had been announced WELL in advance of the gala. That it happened so close to the convention and when people would no longer be able to schedule or pay for the tickets makes the cost and Cheney’s speaking that much more questionable in its effectiveness.

By ONE voter: Shows how important turnout throughout the state really matters.

It’d also be interesting to see a breakdown of dollar per delegate spent by each side considering how outspent Marshall was.

    Great wrap-up, Jim.

Thanks, Jason. Great working with you yesterday.

Excellent point on knowing ahead of time. I knew ahead of time because I was trying to score an interview, but the White House was keeping it quiet.

I guess that whole “undisclosed location” thing?

    Excellent summary, Jim!

Good commentary. I particularly enjoyed your commentary about Marshall picking up his own signs. I saw that too. He was a bit disgruntled with Jim Gilmore’s last minute negative ads, but he otherwise seemed in good spirits.

Also, thanks for visiting Citizen Tom. I will look for you at the next convention.
