Congrats, Eileen!

In this Sunday’s Virginian-Pilot, an editorial from the new Hampton Roads Conservation Coordinator for the Sierra Club appeared in the paper. The author? One Mrs. Eileen Levandoski of VB Dems fame.
Eileen has been a strong and vocal proponent of perceived environmental issues for the several years that I have known her. And, while I feel she is way off-base on many of her assessments, she fights for what she believes in — a trait far too lacking in modern day America.
Is this an olive branch? Hardly. But it is professional tip of the hat to someone who looks like they’ve found a position doing what they love.

What is Bearing Drift?
Bearing Drift was established in 2004. The name comes from the relative motion of objects at sea. If there is no bearing drift, and the distance between you and the object is closing, there will be a collision; therefore, action must be taken. Most navigational rules say to avoid collision, turn to starboard -- the right!
