While the headline is "technically" correct, it's akin to saying "Hirohito decides to go for a ride on the Missouri." 9 months in before JohnCharlie make an effort on building grassroots? RPV if anything is the caboose in this little choo-choo, the idea being pitched to them by Bob&Bill as a necessary partner to promote the "challenge" around the state. And those in the "know" will confirm - after patting you down for a wire - that not everybody with a key to the executive washroom on Grace street was even all that warm to the idea originally. Though the "challenge" is technically better than nothing, agree with JR that if we speak, they will come. Apologies to Kevin Costner, who owes apologies to W.P. Kinsella, among others...
