While the headline is &quot;technically&quot; correct, it&#039;s akin to saying &quot;Hirohito decides to go for a ride on the Missouri.&quot; 9 months in before JohnCharlie make an effort on building grassroots? RPV if anything is the caboose in this little choo-choo, the idea being pitched to them by Bob&amp;Bill as a necessary partner to promote the &quot;challenge&quot; around the state. 

And those in the &quot;know&quot; will confirm - after patting you down for a wire - that not everybody with a key to the executive washroom on Grace street was even all that warm to the idea originally. Though the &quot;challenge&quot; is technically better than nothing, agree with JR that if we speak, they will come. Apologies to Kevin Costner, who owes apologies to W.P. Kinsella, among others...</description>
