While LD has a problem with some of the nine steps, that's fine. At least it's a plan. Right now, the GOP looks like a boat without any oars. Lots of good people, but different agendas and ideas. Republicans alone are 100% responsible, starting with that Big Government occupant of the White House. How did that one (and other minor points) even make the list of the changes necessary? It is correct to call for change. The changes proposed are grossly insufficient.
