Hillary disses Bill in debate
By Brian Kirwin | Friday, April 18th, 2008 | PoliticsI was laughing hysterically, and was hoping some talented director at ABC would show a reaction shot of Chelsea when Hillary took her shot at her husband, Bill. It was fantastic, because Hillary is usually so scripted, and this sounded like it just came to her from nowhere.
It’s at the tail end of this video as she goes after Obama for not dumping his pastor.
Hillary said “You don’t choose your family, but you get to choose your pastor” – OUCH! Sucks to be Bill, huh? Wonder if Chelsea nodded.

Rev. Wright for all his faults did bring Sen Obama to Christ. I’ll confess, that I like you have concerns with what the good Rev. said, but I don’t think that is the whole story.
Moreover, in this conversation I’m reminded of what C. S. Lewis wrote about the idea of picking churchs and moving congregations for convinence sake (see the Screwtape Letters, good book btw).
