Obama would like to “change” the “bitter” people

During a recent fund-raiser in San Francisco, Obama said of his interactions of people in Pennsylvania:
“You go into some of these small towns in Pennsylvania, and like a lot of small towns in the Midwest, the jobs have been gone now for 25 years and nothing’s replaced them,” Obama, an Illinois senator, said.
“And it’s not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren’t like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations,” he said.
Heaven forbid people have an abiding respect for the second amendment, faith in a high power, and a belief that immigration should be legal and trade should be fair. Ahh…the bitterness in that.

They get bitter and cling to religion, huh? Wonder if he was talking about his pastor…
That’s what I like about Obama. He’s the great uniter! If this does not prove that about Obama, nothing will.
Of course the devil is in the details. Obama will unite those who agree with him on one side and those who disagree with him on the other. The enlightened versus us bitter people.
Does Obama idolize Lincoln so much because he thinks we are ripe for another Civil War?
Let’s just say I am really hoping Hillary “steals” the nomination from him. I want to see what a bitter Obama will cling to.

When a person makes excuses for you, he is proclaiming his superiority. This is nothing but condescending elitism.
‘Those poor folks who work for a living can’t help their conservatism, they are just bitter.’
There is really not much different between Obama and elitist while liberals who are constantly making excuses for the difficulties of black culture.
‘Those poor black folks can’t help shooting each other and having babies they can’t raise because their great, great, great grandfather was a slave.’
Racism is just a subdivision of elitism, both spring from delusions of superiority.
