		<description>Without having heard the podcast or the quote from Jeff Frederick, I can tell you the analogy probably alludes directly to an anology used very often by Grover Norquist in talking about Republicans whose stances on certain issues tend to harm other Republicans, just like a rat in a Coke bottle damages the Coke brand across the board, regardless of whether a consumer finding that rat is simply an isolated incident.  It is explained in some detail here:

I wouldn&#039;t expect that Hager and his crowd, or any other person who is not a dedicated movement conservative, would be familiar with this analogy.</description>
